Every file gets looked at for resolution, sizing, and transparency before it ever touches the printer. If something would print soft, land off-sheet, or come out muddy, we flag it first — free, on every single order.

We run the free art check
Before anything prints, your file is checked for 300 DPI, correct sizing, and clean transparency. Low-resolution or off-sheet artwork gets flagged back to you, not printed anyway.

Same-day production
Same-day production on orders by 3:00 PM ET · 24-hr default ship. Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET on a production day go into same-day production — a real cutoff, not a maybe.

Anything off in the first 30 days — a bad bond, a color miss, our error on the sheet — and it’s a free reprint or a refund. You’re covered from cart to closet.

It’s the honest headline of the guarantee: a print engineered to live with the garment through the laundry, not flake off after a month. Here’s the reality behind the number.

- The print is engineered to survive well past a hundred normal home laundry cycles with the design intact — the number is a durability promise we stand behind, not a decorative badge.
- Why DTF holds up
- A DTF transfer bonds a full-color ink film into the fabric under heat and pressure, so the color lives with the garment instead of sitting on top of it like a sticker.
- Pressed right, it lasts
- Longevity assumes a correct press — right temperature, time, and pressure. Get the press wrong and any transfer suffers; press to spec and ours goes the distance.
- Wash it kind
- Turn garments inside out, wash cool, skip the harsh bleach, and tumble low. Do that and the 100+ rating is comfortable headroom, not a ceiling.

“Same-day” only counts if it’s a promise you can plan around. Ours is a fixed, published cutoff — order by 3:00 PM ET on a production day and your sheet goes into same-day production. We’d rather tell you the true date than an optimistic one.
